Deposit & Final Payment
Deposit of $500.00 per person is required at time of making your reservation. Final payment is due on or before October 1, 2026. Once paid, all monies are non‐refundable unless the package can be resold at full price. In such case, a full refund, minus a $200.00 per person administration fee will be given. No exceptions. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

- At time of booking, please email or text pictures of passports. Please include address, email and cell phone for both parties and T-shirt size. I will need a credit card for the $500/pp deposit. You can call me w/ the numbers or text/email...whatever you are most comfortable with.
- Please indicate at time of booking if you will want a checked bag or carry on. Each bag is $90/person roundtrip. I STRONGLY recommend carry on due to LONG wait times at baggage claim in Cancun and Dominican airport. Let's speed up the time we arrive at our destination vs standing around for at least an hour waiting on bags!! Transfers are shared; therefore, we must wait for everyone before we can leave for the resort. Frontier allows for everyone to have a personal item (size of a backpack or bag that will fit under the seat) in addition to their purchased bag. You DO NOT need to purchase seats on Frontier. This is optional.
- Check your passport for expiration date. If you are traveling to Costa Mujeres, your passport must be valid until 7/30/2027. If you are traveling to Dominican Republic, your passport must be valid until 8/28/2027. If you do not meet these requirements, you can renew online.
